It's Day 1 of our new challenge. Here is our assignment:

Eat Clean all day (lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grains)
Run or walk 1-3 miles (depending on your fitness level)
15 sit ups
5 knee tucks
5 leg raises
10 second plank

That's it! Workout at your own pace. If you can't do all of the exercises do what you can but at least get in 30 mins of activity. Have a great day!
