What supplements to take?

What supplements are suggested during lchf transitions? I'm speaking specifically about for weight loss and on top of the suggested multi-vitamin. Is there anything that's supposed to help with fat metabolism or to support the other systems affected by ketosis and low carb? I'm currently taking a multi with supplemental folic acid, B12 and Iron (I have absorption issues due to celiac disease). Is there anything else I can take to help things along or to combat the "flu"?

Let Ketosis do the work. Supplementing isn't required but if you do go with potassium,magnesium & sodium. Bone broth is a great way to get what you need0

Hi there, I'm new to the group & restarting low carb after being off the wagon for 2 years (and gaining back the 50lbs I lost :noway: ). WHen I did low carb before I took magnesium & potassium daily, as well as Vitamin D. I'm very prone to leg cramps, especially when low carbing, so I find the potassium really helps. The magnesium is something I take all the time, it has a lot of benfits and Vit D keeps me happy through the long winter months with low sun light hours.0
