Vacation hangover!

This whole week with my family on vacation has really caught up with me. All those restaurants and desserts! I still lost a pound, but I am super puffy because of all the extra sodium. I also know I got some gluten somewhere in there and I feel a bit sick. So this week I'm going to keep working out, but I really need to focus on my food to recover from all the rich food. I am proud that when I cooked for my family (roast chicken and artichokes one night, fig and cranberry stuffed pork roast with roasted fennel, and then spaghetti with zucchini noodles). My dad is not a veggie guy. He is a classic meat and potatoes hates to try new things kind of guy. And he not only tried my zucchini noodles, but liked them. But you could tell he was fighting it the whole time. He also tried starfruit and some of my artichoke. I think this might be the most adventurous vacation he's ever had. Anyways my husband and I are feeling pretty gross right now and we're just looking for some extra solutions to pep us up. I'm taking activated charcoal for the gluten and we're both trying to eat some extra fiber this week along with lemon water. Any other solutions for vacation hangovers? And how is everyone doing? I haven't been as active on MFP while they were here, but I'm back! I hope everyone's doing well!

Oh my gosh I am right there with you! I went to California this weekend to visit my best friend and went to so many different restaurants. I refuse to weigh and feel so puffy! I also skipped about two work outs from week 3 and I am tempted to just start week 3 completely over this week and detox! What do you guys think? Do week 3 over or move on with week 4?0

I'm about to go on vacation detox from my Vegas vacation hangover!
Today is my last day here and although I've been good with my food and excercise and have done lots of walking, I still feel kind of puffy. My goal today is to drink a lot of water throughout the day.
I'm good on still waiting until the end of the month on weighing myself.
Katie, I would move on with week 4. If you missed 3 days, then yes, I would start over. For 2 days, I would keep it moving.
Just make sure you put your all into week 4. I'm sure you will burn mega calories this week to make up for those two days.0
