Hello there all my clubhouse members and website friends!!!

Happy Thanksgiving month to all of you! It's the 11th month of the year, and it's a tough month. I want you to all stay on program! I wish I could be there sitting right next to you and your family and friends this Thanksgiving. I can't imagine all the fun and laughs you'll share with everyone!

I have a very busy month this November! I'm traveling to Knoxville to appear on JTV with my Sparkle Jewelry line from 6 to 8pm Eastern on the 8th..., then I'm teaching a class in New Orleans, my hometown, for Humana. Then, I am taking a little vacation with my brother Lenny and sister in law Cathy. We are going to Venice and Paris! Then, of course I'll be making time for my clubhouse, and to teach some classes at Slimmons in between everything! Oh, and on Thanksgiving Day, I will be in New York City....because... I am going to be in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade this year!! ! If you want more info about my appearances, take a look at my website calendar!

And ALL month long, I'm going to be thinking about all the things I am thankful for! We do have somuch to be thankful for, you know. I'll think about how fortunate and grateful I am to live such a wonderful life!

I'm thankful I have a roof over my head, a place where I feel comf ortable and am surrounded by things that make me happy. I have a comfortable bed and my sweet Dalmatian, Hattie. I have food on my table and fresh water to drink.

I am grateful I can walk whenever I want wherever I want! I have all of my senses, or at least most of them. LOL! I can hear people talking and birds singing. I can talk and make funny sounds with my voice. I can open my eyes in the morning and see such wonderful sights like the sky, the sun, the trees...everything! I'm able to use my hands and put them around someone dear and give that person such a hug. I am able to smell freshly baked bread and homemade chicken soup!

I'm grateful I have such a passion for what I do! The traveling, the teaching it is what I live for, and God has given me the strength to carry on this work.

I think about my parents, Leonard and Shirley, and how much love they gave me and Lenny. I'm also thankful I have such a wonderful brother and a terrific sister-in-law. And I'll think about all of you!

And of course....I won't leave you without giving you a recipe....here's my recipe for...
