Phase 2 11/1/13-1/31/14

It's time to set goals for phase 2!!!
I really over-estimated my loss when I set my goal for phase one, so I am going to adjust that to a more realistic goal for phase 2. I started out last February at 240, and have lost just short of 50 lbs. But, I decided that I am going to lose the remainder of my weight with a lot of strength training (versus all cardio), a couple cardio days, and a moderate deficit. I know that means my weight loss will be slower (than if I did it on 1200 calories and tons of cardio), but I believe it will be a more permanent loss.
SW for Phase 2: 192.4
GW for Phase 2: 178
Loss goal for Phase 2: 14.4
Can't wait to go through this phase with all of you wonderful motivators!

l'm thinking l'll leave mine the same....
Phase 2 (11/1/13-1/31/14): 25 lbs (315--->290)
Doc seems to think l could pull 10# p/month, so we'll see. It would be wonderful! I know that l need to step up my activity level, so that will also be a phase 2 goal.
Looking forward to Phase 2!!! So badly want to be under 300!! FOREVER!!! ~bit♥0
