Hey guys - I completetd NROLW and moved on to NROLAbs, and was working on that when I got struck with a pretty rotten bout of bronchitis. I thought I had gone in early enough to get it treated, but complications from asthma and allergies mean that I've ended up being down for right around a full month. I've started to gently increase the exercise I could do (yoga - just started again on C25K) but I'd really like to get back into lifting and I'm just not quite sure where to start. I was in the last phase of NROLAbs - which is a challenge to say the least, and I know that picking up there again would be unrealistic at this point with so much time off. So does anyone have any suggestions of where to begin? I miss my muscles!

I haven't done the abs program, but I would recommend just picking up where you feel comfortable. Find a place that you find reasonable and doable and start there.
