  • Today, I ran 7 hilly miles and biked to work and back. My goal for time spent exercising 40+ minutes daily, and I know we're only 3 days in...

    ...but I've managed to beat my goal each day! And it hasn't felt like as big and awful of a task as usual. This group is really motivating! Maybe part of my daily goal will be to have something to be proud of by the time I post every night. I guess my ultimate point of pride today would be that I ate at Fuddrucker's for the first time since I was a child, and I still managed to stay within my calorie goal.

    Unfortunately I'm out. :frown:

    Late last night I succumbed to two fun size candy bars. It put me over my caloric allowance since I was a pig yesterday and barely made it under. I am going to continue with this challenge on my own but that mistake knocks me out with y'all.

    I've already lost 30 pounds and still have 21 to go so I have to do something to keep me going.
