Birthday start

Today I turned 52. No big Carbo laden celebration for me, so I decided today would be the day I start my Dukan diet. I am 5'2" and weighed in this am at 186 lbs. I hope to be motivated by the Attack phase losses to jump start back at the gym. I like to work out and I play tennis regularly.

Serious GYN surgery sidelined me all Summer. I gained 20 lbs by sitting around, not working, not eating wisely and not being allowed to exercise. Wow, amazing how fast I gained. Add to that I'm in menopause and it's a problem.

I'd love to lose 50 lbs. I've been that weight and with good muscle tone, I look and feel good at that weight. I could go as low as 120 but, let's be realistic, things would definitely be sagging at that point and my age. :)

I'll be reading about everyone's experiences and reporting in too.

    Hi :-) Happy Birthday!
    This has been really working for me, and I am very resistant to weight loss, I know it ill work for you too. Try and stick to it exactly as written, is my tip, it really works the best when you follow him exactly.
