Ok so I've been doing the babywearing workout challenge for a week now and while it is totally kicking my butt, the baby almost always falls asleep, I feel great, and it's so doable for anyone who wears their baby anyways! Also it hasn't effected my milk supply at all!

How big is your baby? I'm anxious to try this because it's hard to find time to workout. I work full time, have a 5 year old and am still exclusively breastfeeding (and pumping) my 6 month old. I have an Ergo carrier but I don't use it that often. I would love to try this if he's not too big.............0
