Just saw thisLonely little post, thought I best answer...
I am tracking well. Onto maintenance now and doing great. Still watching what I eat during the week and having a little splurge on the weekend. Lifting weights 4 times a week (no change there).
The last month I've been moving toward gluten free (after reading Wheat Belly and Grain Brain), not really that different to how I was eating anyway, feeling good!!!
