But I think the carb flu is here. I'm lethargic, nauseous, and I have a headache that won't quit. I feel hungover :(

    Ah bum!

    Lots of water, miso/broth and fat for you.

    I found eating chunks of butter helped. Sounds gross, I know.

    Losing carbs causes you to lose a lot of fluids. Carbs encourage fluid retention and the fluids retain sodium/potassium. so going low carb causes a loss of fluids and its the loss of sodium/potassium that creates 'carb flu'. drink water, broth, fat. get your ketostix out and confirm you're in ketosis as well, you should be. hang in there, it clears up. no biggie.

    The good news is that I'm most definitely in ketosis. I've been there for 3-4 days now. Between moderate and light every evening when I test.
