Just look at this:

Not for every day use of course, but surely something I have to give a try! Unsweetened whipping cream on top and I am in Valhalla!

I've had that one bookmarked for a few weeks. It looks so good. (It also looks like a pain in the *kitten* to make, so it would need to be a VERY special occasion).

I made this one over the weekend -

I used Z Sweet for the sweetener. For the Dark Chocolate, I used "Lily's Chocolate" (awesome stuff). My only change would be to use powdered Z-Sweet next time (or grind it in the blender). It has a slightly gritty texture - but the taste is incredible. The macros are 91% fat (note - I do not count erythritol in the carb totals for the Lily's chocolate or for the Z Sweet).

Looks nice and I do agree with you: on special occasions! Even if the snacks are healthier they should be treated as a snack, which means in moderation. At least that's my opinion. In the beginning when I went paleo I thought it was all okay to eat and ended up eating tons of carbs + almost 3000 calories a day. I started to gain instead of loosing weight. Only when I started to fill in my menus I saw what went wrong.
