2 large bell peppers sliced thin (i did the red and yellow)
1 large onion sliced
1 pack portbella mushrooms sliced thin
1 pound skirt steak freeze for 20 minutes and slice thin
1 head of roasted garlic or 1 tbsp minced
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 onion powder
lime cut in wedges
veggie stock
saute mushrooms in a hot pan with a tsp veggie stock till golden and set aside in a bowl
saute steaks till medium /medium well and set aside in a bowl to rest
saute onions and peppers till tender crisp in a little stock then add spices readd mushrooms and steak then add garlic and squeeze a little lime over it and toss to coat and serve .a 1 cup serving is 330 calories and 2 tortillas are 240 for a 12 count size pack (medium sized taco shell size)
