bean burgers

1 can black or red beans drained and rinsed
1 small carrot grated fine
1 onion grated fine
1 portbella mushroom (the large caps)diced super fine
3 egg whites
1 tsp steak sauce
1/2 tsp worshire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp steak seasoning ( i like rosemary garlic and herb)
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
saute mushrooms till golden on medium high with a tiny bit of oil like 1 tsp or less,add carrot
remove from heat and set aside
whip eggs
mash beans till a paste add veggies and seasonings and sauces to bean mixture and combine well,let cool 5 minutes and add egg whites and bread crumbs mix till well combined and patty.Cook each patty in a skillet for 4 to 5 per side till golden and crispy on both sides serve with your favorite burger toppings .These freeze well with wax paper between them
