Just found your group & thought I would tag along with all of you in our daily walk down this pathway. I have been on MFP for 2 years while taking time off here & there. I, like most of you here, have struggled most of my life with my weight, but I am determined to reach my goals. I want to do this for myself & I know I can get to where I want to be. I have finally reached my first 10% weight loss & are now the lowest weight I have been in 34 years. I now seem to have a few pounds bouncing up & down so it's time to step it up a notch.
As strange as it sounds, 60 was an exciting & happy turning point in my life. Not exactly sure why, but it was as though a whole new world of excitement opened up for me.
It is my goal is to be happy & healthy spiritually, physically, emotionally & mentally. I am sure all of you are striving to do the same as we walk on this pathway called life.

How are you doing? I know your post is a couple months old, but to be honest I am looking for women my age to communicate with and to get and give support.
I am 62 and losing weight I have lost before ([put half back on) which tics me off to no end. I like working out, but with this weight back on it is harder. Now I know why I lost it in the first place.
If you are interested in staying in touch, just send me a friend invite. Hope your efforts have been spectacularly successful since your last post!0
