Free Half Marathon training mp3 downloads?

Does anyone know of any free Half Marathon Training mp3 downloads? IDK why I have any desire to try this but right now I seem to want to. LOL I don't have an iphone or smart phone, just a tiny little mp3 player.

    I don't know of any on MP3 but there are some plans out there you can print off and work through (Hal Higdon for example).

    Maybe Varda or Bec will know as they're a bit ahead of the rest of us when it comes to distance :)

    Hmmm. I don't know. At a gut level, I'd have to say that a half marathon program is going to need a little more flexibility than a MP3 player/app can provide. I'll keep an eye out though.
