My story so far

I am just starting week 3 and have lost no weight (gained a little) but this seems normal for this program. Didn't take measurements but have taken photos and have seen some loss of belly fat and trimming in other ares.

Still can't complete all of each session but have clear signs of improvement, really gutted regarding slight weight gain but it seems a lot of people do. I am 36 and 6ft 3, 224 lb and was 220 lb at the start of this program.

I don't do fit tests as both times I had done it on a previous attempt I put my back out so I know replace fit test with 1 off the other DVDs.
