Hi all! Happy Sunday.
Normally family day, but DH and son needed some "guy time", so they went for a drive with father-in-law and I'm with lil girl. Took about an hour+ walk. Pushed the stroller to give my arms a rest from carrying her.

I'm new in the group and glad to be here! I did intro myself in that thread just a bit ago.
Today is my full rest day this week as as I did 2 days of lifting & 4 days of cardio. It was a pretty decent week with eating too. I'm looking forward to this next week. I do have to travel for work Thursday - Saturday and am going to plan that into my workout schedule for the rest of the week. Hoping the hotel I stay at has a couple decent pieces of equipment and I'll get in a morning workout or two.
Focusing on good eating today and enjoying the rest!0 -

Sherry the long stroller walk sounds great!
Sunday is my cross-training day, so I did 15 minutes on the rowing machine, 10 minutes on Jacob's Ladder (two 5 minute intervals), 15 minutes on the spin bike, and then some shoulder & ankle band exercises my trainer has me do every weekend. Forgot my Fitbit at home but didn't do too much that involved a lot of steps anyway, and I was wearing my HRM.
I've been going to the gym later in the day on Sundays the past couple weeks but have got some family stuff going on today, so I went early. It was pretty quiet in there which is really nice when I want to move around and use different equipment.

The chinese herbs worked again, I feel almost normal already. It's snowing outside, pretty to look at but melting on ground so not the real thing yet.
Probably will do treadmill later while watching Seahawk game, (my husband will have on football all day...I can do one game! lol)
