Macro Help Please

I joined this group a while back and it has helped me tremendously.
As of yesterday I am starting fresh yet again.... In trying to get past a hurdle of the same 4 pounds going up and down and back and forth for nearly 10 months I needed to re-evaluate. Going back in my diary I found that when I consistently ate at 1800-1900 calories I would lose, but when I went under (and I'm talking my standard was around 1200-1400) I would gain that 4 pounds back and stay there. So I recalculated everything using the Scooby TDEE Calculator and it says:
BMR 1824
TDEE 2508
TDEE-20% 2007
I have a hard time getting up to 2000 calories a day, so currently I am set at 1900 with a goal of at least being around my BMR. I know that my food diary is all over the place because I really do struggle to get up in calories consistently, I've been adding things like peanut butter, an extra glass of milk, EVOO, beans, etc. My problem is that when I eat those things I am then not really hungry for the remainder of my meals.
With the exception of this last weekend, I log everything that I eat/drink. I weigh and measure everything (I do need to get a new scale, but doubt it is off that far).
So could my macro consumption play a part in some of my issues? This is what MFP set me at when I entered the 1900 calories a day...
Net Calories Consumed* / Day 1,900 Calories / Day
Carbs / Day 261 g
Fat / Day 63 g
Protein / Day 71 g
My stats:
Female
Age - 40
Height - 5'7"
Weight - 241 (this morning, yesterday was 238.5 not sure what is going on with that drastic of a change)
I would like to lose 1-2 pounds a week, but would be happy with any kind of steady loss at this point.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am opening my diary now, please remember that I did not log at all this last weekend (mini-vacation).
Thank you.

April,
What has your weight done in the past 8 weeks?
The reason I'm asking is this: My belief is that often times people attempt to "start over" and they go to an online calculator to tell them how much to eat, when in reality they have all this data from previous logging that really should be the info you use to tell you what adjustments to make.
So for example:
Suppose a calculator tells you you will lose weight on 2000 calories per day.
Suppose you previously were averaging 1750/day and losing 1lb/week on that intake.
Moving from 1750 to 2000 would very likely be a big mistake even though the calculator told you to do so.
With that being said, I'd suggest you take a look at previous results, and previous intake levels, and use that to make some adjustments to get the results you're looking for.
