Your calories look erratic - with a number of days under 1000 calories. Your calorie goal is also only set for 1000 calories.
What kind of diet were you following before keto? If it was very low calorie (in these sub 1000 ranges) you are unlikely to see the initial weight loss burst that a lot see when they change to keto (those that are coming from high calorie, high carb often see those huge losses). More importantly, if you've consistently eaten very low calorie, you may have messed up your metabolism.
The food you are eating looks good overall, so no suggestions on that. Also - more profile info would help. Age, gender, how much you have to lose, etc.
Have you used the keto calculator to help set your targets?0 -
Hi there since starting keto i just feel less hungry and feel very sickly if i tru to eat more because everytging is so rich high fat. Previously my carb intake was a lot higher around 130 + . I weigh about 68 kg and would like to lose a stone. When i started i lost 3 kg approx thts all water weight but nothibg else since? Female 29 ,0

Also i set it to 1000 so that i was near the mfp suggestion of 1200 thus 200 calorie deficit. Also i have set the keto rates on mfp0

The 1200 calorie target is ALREADY at a deficit. Your actual Total Daily Energy Expenditure is likely close to 2000 calories. 1200 calories is the bottom level that MFP will go because below that is typically seen as a STARVATION diet (which is what you are doing when you are only eating 800-1000 calories).

Use the Keto Calculator to figure out your targets - Fat, Protein, Carbs, AND CALORIES.

My guess is that you've got a poorly functioning metabolism because you've been severely undereating (eating consistently under 1000 calories will definitely do this). Your body is perceiving that you are in a famine situation, and they have slowed down operations to preserve energy.
A stone (14 pounds) is not much to lose. You should expect slower losses as you approach your goal.0 -
