Yesterday was awful. I could only tolerate 475 calories in all day. We'll see how today goes...

Afraid this is going to mess with my TDEE...

I'm on week 5 (last week I went up 0.7 due to the Halloween junk in my house...


Should I go back to the TDEE- 15/20% vs shoot for my TDEE for a week?

    Won't mess with your TDEE likely, but will mess with what your body wants in order to recovery and fight off next bug likely coming your way.

    Just have a TDEE day, and if next workout seems tiring, probably is for a good reason, back off or cut it short.

    Stay hydrated and as you feel better resume eating as you were before.

    Yesterday was a better day (got in over my BMR by just a tad).
    I still do feel energized enough to workout- maybe later day vs tomorrow.

    I went into panic mode thinking... oh no... this low calorie input is going to mess with my progress again!
