Daily exercise!

I need support & a kick in the rear, so let's hold each other accountable for exercise. My goal is 30 mins on my recumbent bike or 30 mins of power 90 cardio daily, at least 5 times a week. So there, it's out there, I need/want to do it, and I need you to tell me to get my butt in gear!

    I've been going to the gym five days a week and working between 1 hr 15 minutes and 1 hr 45 minutes. Right now Wed and Sat are my days off from the gym but I spend 1/2 hour doing my stretching and calisthenic type exercises at home. That's what I did this morning. I do better if I have a set schedule every day and so this one's working for me right now.

    Tues and Thurs are my hardest days because I swim for 45 minutes (1/2 mile or more) in the morning and then have an hour circuit class at night. I'm pretty dead today and glad it's a gym day off.

    I'd rather just swim every day but know I need some strength training and my core really needs help because of babying my back for the last six years.....................I'm done doing that now.

    I think the trick to exercise is finding something you love. On the days that I do both in the morning on my own, I start with circuit for 1/2 hr to 45 minutes and the entire time I'm thinking about how I can't wait to get in the pool which finishes up my day at the gym.
