Self Gratitude

First off, please add me to friends! I'm really trying to work on being healthy for myself, and end up getting discouraged easily, so add me and we can cheer each other on :)

    Thanks Daring, I was not sure I should just join a group without asking, and your post made me feel it is OK. I am looking for support and friends on here that don't know me in real life, not sure why, just don't want to feel the pressure of losing weight with my outside connections. Hopefully a group will help! I just started Nov 1. Will try and friend you.....
