Workouts 11 and 12

I know there were a few on here that started around 8/26 but I have not seen anyone posting anymore. I feel alone here :O(. I finished my first workouts for 11 and 12. 11 was rough but I almost could not believe how easy she was in 12 (aside from the wheel push-ups, I cannot even get off my head). I have some work to do but overall it really was not bad. I think 10 was worse. I could not believe her gift in circuit 4 was funny. I fast forward through the workout before I do it for the first time and was amazed when I saw it.

I am going to do three weeks of 11 and 12 to get the full 90 days. Anyone reaching the end with me?

    I'm on week 12.
    When I did workout 11 for the first time I was sore because I went to a jutsu-thing (self defense) and I thought that I was going to die.
    What do you think of cardio 3?

    Glad I am not alone! I do not mind Cardio 3 really. The fact that everything is 20 seconds makes it doable. Ithink I burn more calories but I remember Cardio 2 being worse for some reason. Maybe I am just stronger? I also kind of like that so much of the cardio is repeated in the workouts too because those moves I know I can do.

    Are you sticking it through to week 13? I have read that some just stop at 12 since it seems like the last week was just tacted on to make it 90 days. What are you doing next? I think I am going to just do whatever DVDs I have until the Jan 6th and then go for another round of Body Revolution.

    Cardio 3 is... A little too much for me. I rather do two rounds of cardio kick box.
    I hate that hug-your-knees-while-you-jump exercise. I always say what I hate, sorry. I love the kickboxing and the ab exercises, I always do the advanced version of those.

    Won't be doing week 13, I would like to do Insanity. It's "only" two months long and it fits perfectly until we start Body Revolution round 2 on January. That and 10k training, I hope.

    Yea cannon balls are rough especially after all the high knees before hand. I power through but I so want to break during those. I try to run instead of cardio but the schedule does not work out some weeks (two kids and two joggers means I need a partner to push one).

    Congrats on your last week then! You are so close, hope you share your results!
