Okay, I know this is nothing to freak out about, but I weigh myself everyday (bad habit) and normally I do not freak out if it increases, but since I weighed in on Saturday I'm up 2.6 pounds!! Normally I stay the same for a few days but each day I weight I'm up a little over .5 a pound each day. This has not happened to me yet, so I am a little freaked out but I'm just going to continue to stay calm and eat fat...

Weight gain that fast is likely water retention. Check your sodium intake, up your water, check for hidden carbs in your meals, and keep on keepin on.0

I'm up 2lbs from last week myself. I know it's water retention from a couple heavy weight workouts on Monday and Tuesday. I drank like 14 cups of water yesterday (usually I drink at least 9 and try to get 12) and thought it'd help get me back down but it didn't. Another heavy lifting day today too, maybe by Monday I'll be down to my last week's weight and hopefully down some from that too, but I'm not optimistic.0
