Weekly Weigh-In Day

I know we are all working hard at this challenge. :wink: So I thought we needed a weekly weigh-in thread.

As I have recently decided to weigh-in on Mondays, I will post my most recent weight: 242.6. :ohwell: Which is two pounds less than what I started at when I joined this challenge. :happy: Starting this coming Monday I will posted on those days.

So this thread is for everyone else to do the same if they so chose.

What's your system of weighing in? Daily? Weekly? Monthly?

    I typically weigh in on Thursdays as an official weigh in, but I do step on the scale daily..

    My first weigh in for this Challenge is 141.8 (this morning).

    Hi, I weigh in on Fridays, and do not weigh everyday, the daily weighing was stressing me out.

    I am 5'5" (just a tad over)
    57 years old
    My weight at the beginning of this challenge (29th October for me) was 161lb
    My weight this morning is 158lb
    So that's 3lb so far, 7 more to go by Christmas.

    I typically record my weight on Fridays, but I stepped on the scale the morning and saw 186.6 staring back at me! :sad: Which is not good for me.

    UGW: Anything under 160 which is a healthy weight for my height! (Hopefully by Christmas 2014!!!)

    174 lbs cause I would no longer be considered obese on the BMI scale anymore.

    I am starting to only do it on Mondays because if I get on it daily I get discouraged.

    Today I was 219.4 and I have been stuck at 220.6 for two weeks or more. So one pound loss is good to me.
  • I usually weigh in after every 8 days. But I weighed myself 2day just 4 this group and I weighed in @ 65.2kg. I'm aiming 4 a 60 by Christmas which will b extra difficult for me coz I always seem 2 gain weight when I'm @ home (can't get enough of my mom's cooking) + its summer vacation so I'll b stuck there for TWO WHOLE MONTHS.
