Does anyone else experience a drop in your blood sugar when eating low carb?

If my carbs are too low, I have found that the only thing that gets my blood sugar back up is drinking a cup of FF milk.

Every person's tolerance is different, but if you're having blood sugar issues then you likely need to eat more fat and eat more often. This will prevent the big swings in blood sugar that you're experiencing. So I would try for protein and fat, like piece of string cheese and pepperoni or a HB egg. Adding carbs could just perpetuate the problem because carbs cause your blood sugar to spike. You don't want it low you don't want it high, you want it consistently moderate, you get that with fat and protein.

Ok, thanks for the tip. I usually eat 3 meals & 2 or 3 snacks per day. Just need to make better low carb choices.
