(Lol) However i resisted my temptations and sat down and ate my baaked chicken and veg. Yay i feel proud that i didnt give in to the biscuits which sat on the breakfast table!

Low carb using myfitnesspal??
I'm confused. No where does this program allow for a low carb diet, it's all about calories. How can I track progress daily via my food and exercise yet stay on a low carb diet?

Sugar count in myfitnesspal
I am allowing myself the number of carbs for a 1500 calorie diabetic diet. my fitnesspal also counts sugar. I am never able to stay at or below my sugar count even when eating no processed food. I have 2 milk exchanges a day (sugar), 2 fruit exchanges a day (sugar). I stay below my total carb count for the day. But I can't…

I am really glad to have found a low carb group on here. I successfully lost 1.5 stone on the Atkins diet a few years ago, but sadly I gradually put it all back on again, plus some extra. I have been trying to lose it again but I don't have much success with diets which just count calories. So , I am back to counting carbs…

My Low Carb Journey
Hi all! Hopefully no one minds me hi-jacking a thread to log my personal journey on this low carb train. I'm probably doing more of a keto plan than low carb but eh...its all good! My plan is to do low carb 6 days a week and have one day where I can have some of the things that I crave throughout the week. I started…
What's your go to night time snack/sweet?
I don't know why but lately I need something after dinner and when I say "something" in mean something sweetish. Chocolate doesn't do it for me and I'm not a fan of the 1 minute muffin. Jello is just "meh" unless its drowned in whipped cream. So help me out. What do you go for? This desperate post is brought to you by AF.
