I'm confused. No where does this program allow for a low carb diet, it's all about calories. How can I track progress daily via my food and exercise yet stay on a low carb diet?

You can add fiber to your tracking and sadly still have to do the math to get net carb count. I sent a message to the community to see if hopefully someone found a solution.
  • I too wish they could identify carb count for the day as much as they focus on calories.

I basically skewed the data to reflect the increased fat and protein, and reduced carbs. I also basically follow the second Dr. Atkins diet book (New Diet revolution, or something like that..... his second book) It would be easier if the program had an actual Low Carb setting...

I do get my carb count daily. I have mine set up to give me a total sugar count and a total carb count, total salt count, total protein count, and total fat count. Also on the phone app it gives you even more or a nutrition break down. I haven't found that on the website.
