It sucks but its true in order to loose 1-2lbs safely each week you have to burn up to 500 calories a day. Whether its from eating under your calorie goal or to combine eating healthy and moving/being active. Some days are easier then none but if you didnt know you can log your daily normal activities such as standing for a period of time/grocery shopping to cleaning and cooking. The biggest thing to remember is to take it one day at a time and to weigh your self weekly on the same day usually and around the same time in the morning. We all can fluctuate up to 5 lbs a day so of course they say best time is to do so after you wake up and go to the bathroom........
