First time out to dinner since starting

So tonight I'm having dinner with two girlfriends who I haven't seen in ages. YAY! But I'm nervous about straying from my meal plan. We're going out for tapas, which is good because it's small plates so less chance to over eat, but how hard is it to find something really low carb and without gluten? I've given the restaurant a heads up to the gluten, and I know to avoid Paella and sangira, but any other suggestions for dishes? it's been ages since I've had tapas and outside of patatas bravas and olives I can't really remember what the options are. I know to stick to vodka if I feel like a drink (which I likely won't bother with because I have an hour drive home), but I'm nervous about the rest.
Also, I'm pretty sure my scale at home is crap. The one here at the office puts me 2.5lbs heavier I'm not sure which I should go by.

Can you check the menu ahead of going?
I have to confess - I think Tapas can be touch. I'd much rather have a menu with full entrees to choose from, because usually steak is an option, or at minimum a caesar salad with grilled chicken. Or a wedge salad.
Just avoid things with breading or wraps. Meat, cheese, veggies with butter where possible.0 -
Yea I've looked, I was just wondering if there were any "typical" tapas dishes that were low carb. And also wanted to vent about my anxiety around the whole thing.0

I googled low carb and tapas and was really surprised at the options that showed.

You'll do great. I actually love fried calimari and it's never thrown me out of ketosis. Be a little more lenient than what you might normally do, but make the best choices that you can.0
