What do you do on off days?

I try to do cardio on non-bodyweight days. Usually a 20-minute walk but I also did a workout video this week that I like - it's Jessica Smith on YouTube and I did her chair cardio workout (which made my arms hurt soooooooooooooooo bad) because I'm trying to give my knee a rest.

What about you guys, what do you do on your non-bodyweight days?
