I watched the video again and apparently, I wasn't supposed to be resting 2 minutes between each exercise, but between each *round* of exercises! I logged in my stuff. The jumping jacks are surprisingly what killed me. Being so well endowed must be a problem. LOL I did the best I could tonight. Could not complete the rounds all three times but got as far as I could! Best of luck to the rest!

Needing help developing a plan that I can follow.
I've always followed the plans that the college programs had in place. Now I've lost 65-70 pounds and am starting over. I want to get a good plan to help me work areas and build back some of the strength I've lost. HELP
