How do you handle stopping stress eating. I have been doing ok( all eight days)but I know stress triggers my eating poorly. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Huge stress eater here (pun intended on both levels). Right now I am on day 60+ of being on MFP I just went through two weeks of renovations and amazingly no stress related eating. I am just focused on my daily logging - never give up on that even if you do find yourself stress eating. Looking back and seeing what I did really helps and I am finding each day I get stronger with my desire to make this work. I also wear a fitbit 24/7 - it measures my steps, stairs and when I workout extra calories burned. I am compelled each day to get to my minimum goals.

It is definitely a mindset and honestly I am amazed that at 60+ days I haven't broken yet - -I have indulged but I planned for it and compensated elsewhere.

Hope this helps and if not a good brisk walk always helps to clear up stress

Congrats on your 60 days and going. I like the idea of for using on journey and also may have to get a pedometer. Thanks for the insight.
