With our (Sara, myself) time being rather limited here as of late, we tend to not meet as often to discuss threads. And then we fall behind.
This weekend, after I listen to Sara rant and rave about all the records she broke at her powerlifting meet, and after I 'mire at her first place trophy, we will be going over threads in the group to get caught up.
If you have a thread (EDIT: A thread that you created in the ETP group that we still need to resolve) that you'd like us to reply to, please REPLY to this with a link to your thread. If we do not see any threads in here we will just be picking them as we see fit.
Please only link your own thread into this.

well, don't I feel totally inept!! I have no idea how to link my thread here, but I really would like your input!!! I know you guys have to be crazy busy, anything you can offer will definitely be taken to heart. thanks for the consideration, and I hope you can find my thread, since I don't know how to link!! or maybe you can tell me how to do it, and I will go about it the right way!!

Of course, now I've been all over the place in my intake. Lots of family stuff and way too much eating out, etc. I've been good about logging but lots of guess-work.
So, I'll leave it to you to review & make recommendations now or wait till things settle down for another week or two.
Long story short- I've finally been able to increase cals and lose weight. I seem to be maintaining around what I've been doing the last week, but I haven't had time to calculate all that yet.
Just wanted to let you know, I'd still like the input, but there is no hurry if my routine isn't consistent enough.

(I have been more or less maintaining this week at 2400 because of a big, ahead-of-schedule-by-a-couple-pounds jump in weight a couple of weeks ago. My goal at this point was 133.5 so I'm pretty much back on track now; so I've increased intake again to 2550).
