Fall off/Down Fall Days

Besides for special occasions what are your weekly fall off day? For me its usually on the weekend when I need to go to Walmart to get things and well the girls want McD's but a cpl of weeks ago I did good. I didnt get any came home and ate left over chili for lunch. Hoping to keep it up good thing I dont need to go to Walmart today
