Anyone have a successful low-carb stuffing recipe? ( without the use of carb-quick)
I found a few recipes but idk which is best. Ideas?

It haven't tried this. It's 1 net carb for a 1/2 cup serving so stuffing.
I'm trying their white sandwich bread mix for the first time tonight. I am super curious about the taste of their products and whether the products impact ketosis.0 -
Linda's Low Carb has a recipe for stuffing and some other Thanksgiving side options that look good. I haven't tried this recipe in particular, but I like her recipes in general.

I'm afraid I'm useless on this topic. Thanksgiving is the one day where I do not restrain myself, at all. However I can give you a killer recipe for White Castle stuffing.0

I have a really good bread recipe using both carbquik & carbalose. I found them through the low carb friends forum, lots of pics of the bread & really easy to make.
However, it's not without it's caveats. I've found it still jacks up my blood sugar, I eat like crazy just hours after having eaten, and feel bloated & uncomfortable after eating.
The carbquik/carbalose bread looks and acts JUST like regular bread, but with less carbs, just not less enough for me
It also needs to be well seasoned. By this, I mean the carbquik/carbalose taste comes through pretty strong, but if you did something like seasoned with herbs & spices, it would be easily covered. Butter also covers this taste well, as does the combo of butter & jam. Baking with parmesan cheese would also do the trick.
I can't use it for bread in the regular sense but it'll be great for croutons in salads
