Over on 'Eat More To Weigh Less' someone has kindly posted this awesome spreadsheet which has just made my day:

The spreadsheet is a google doc within the post, the post is worth a read too!
So basically plug your stats into this spreadsheet and it works out all sorts of cool things for you. I've gained 2lbs since starting NR, although it was expected it's always kinna disheartening. But, but but...
I've actually GAINED 5.6lbs of lean body mass and LOST 3.6lbs of fat....yupeee!!! Do it, honestly it's so worth it

Awesome results!
I am just getting started this week (if I can get enough of the book and threads in this forum read) and this spreadsheet is great for tracking everything! Thanks for sharing!!0 -
I use this spreadsheet. It is very accurate for determining your TDEE. I am currently cutting 15% from TDEE and seeing nice results from lifting 3 days a week.0

Bump to use later!0
