I have completed stage 1 of NRoL4W and am considering adding cardio. Does anyone do both programs concurrently? If so, what is your schedule?

    I would like to know this too. I have completed t25 and doing a second round of beta which has some weights in it. I would like to know the best way to incorporate T25 into New Rules. I plan on starting new rules either this coming week or two. I would like to finish my round of Beta before starting
