We were traveling this weekend and so this challenge really helped me stay focused. I managed to get my exercise in by either walking our dog or using the hotel gym's treadmill. My calories came in under easily but the macros were a little out of whack compared to when I cook at home. Not bad though. It was more difficult tracking everything while on the road but I managed and it was really helpful when it came time to figure out what to have for dinner or where to eat.0 -

November 10th, was my adjusted calorie day for splurging, and I very much enjoyed it. I was away from my computer all day and out "On the town" with friends, so I had to write everything down and track it today. I appreciate the opportunity to go all out for a day. Usually, the danger is that I go all out every day after that for a week or two. However, I don't think it will be too much of a problem while I'm in this group. You guys hold me accountable. Thanks for that. :P
