My husband caught me off guard with an invitation to a favorite restaurant. I ate a cobb salad with the dressing on the side. I didn't eat much dressing at all and was really proud of myself. And I had a Diet Coke with Vanilla Vodka. I calculated my points and decided that I could have some Greek Yogurt with frozen blueberries for dessert.

Well, I forgot to include the cocktail in my calorie count... so I went over. And since I was drunk, I decided to break my person "no sugar rule" and had a candy. And then I decided that I didn't care about this group so I'd just eat all the peanut butter and carrots that I wanted...

And then this morning I double-checked the calories on the cocktail -- 60 calories.

I blew it all over 60.stupid.calories.

Sorry, but I just have to laugh. This is something I would do. I have had a hard time in the past just to cut my losses. I would do just like you did, hopefully your story will remind me to check or just stop when I find myself going crazy. Hopefully, you will get right back on track and join the challenge in Dec.!
