Activity level

So, I have been bulking for a few months and I plan to cut now.. so I need to calculate how many calories I should eat to do so. I am trying to do it based off of my TDEE using Scooby's calculator. What would my activity level be considered if I lift about 5 times a week, and do kickboxing & boxing 3 - 5 times a week?
Also, by using this method, I would eat the same amount of calories everyday, even when I'm not working out?

Hey ^^
You probably use this spreadsheet. It seems a bit more accurate than the Scooby's calculator I think:

You're probably the best one to know.. but I think it could fit between moderate and strenuous level on the Scooby's calculator anyway. Depends on the hours you spend.
And the idea, from what I read, is eating always the same amount of calories a day, unless you burn more than the difference between TDEE and BMR.0 -

If you kept good records of how much you ate to bulk, and plan on doing the same workout as you've been doing already, best to base it on results already obtained.
It turns out studies shows it takes the same 3500 calories to get a pound of LBM, which would include muscle mass in there. Obviously you got some fat too.
So find out how much you ate daily on average over a 3-4 week time period where you gained some weight.
How much did you lose over that same time period.
Eaten daily - (3500 x gained / days) = TDEE for whatever the exercise was during that time.
TDEE - probably 15% for a week, then 10%, so you don't risk losing your hard work.0 -
