Should I take a fish oil supplement? If yes why? What r the benefits?

I do. The idea is extra Omega-3s to help balanace your O-3/O-6 ratio.0

My Dr. has me on a relatively high dose of fish oil. I use a marine fish oil containing krill- partly good because one doesn't get those dreaded fish burps with it. I have noticed that I have less inflammation and quicker recovery post workout and my skin tone has improved.0
