The Holiday Party - My Guidelines for Self Control

I have decided to set the following guidelines for myself at the upcoming Holiday Parties:

1. I can't go to the party until I get my exercise that day. (30 minutes minimum).

2. I will volunteer to be the desgniated driver at every party. This will make saying "no" to fattening drinks even easier.

3. I will volunteer to go outside, organize a game and play with the kids when they are bored at the party.

4. I will eat something healthy and then talk and talk and talk or go play outside. Partiees do not need to mean mindless and endless snacking. (THIS has been my biggest downfall in the past.)
