Today was day 1 of week 2 and I def noticed a dif I did stop a few times but when I didn't I was pushing I only had trouble with moving push ups


How'a everyone else doing ?

    Yeah moving pushups are tough! Keep at it! Today was cardio recovery for me so it wasn't that bad. Wish everyday was like this lol

    I am waiting for my "pure cardio" dvd to return to me from a friend. So to keep from getting off the program, I completed max cardio conditioning last night in its place. OH WOW!!! Did it kick my butt or what?!?! I have noticed this week I am able to last about 5 minutes into the dvd before I get mandatory water breaks.... this is progress trust me. So I am getting stronger each day! I just keep trying to push my limits...SAFELY and each workout (except cardio recovery) I am literally dripping in sweat. I love when Shaun T says, "keep breathing and keep sweating" like we have a choice LOL!

    Ing way to go I haven't even seen what month two will bring but I hear it def will kick butt

    Heck! Anything Max is a butt kicker.

    I'm currently on week two of month two. Just when I think it might get a little easier for me it doesn't. lol It is definitely a great challenge.
