Moving to NRoL4W

I've been doing weight workouts for 6 or 7 months with quite a bit of success (quads and hams now pretty good, glutes and arms better but still need work). I'm just now moving to the NRoL4W program...did the first workout tonight...I feel like I'm cheating or something. I'm used to spending 35 to 45 minutes lifting and sweating like a horse...tonight's workout was over in less than 30 and I didn't even break a sweat. I think I had some of the weights a bit low, which I will fix on the next go round, but I'm curious if anyone else has had an easy go of it in the beginning but still gotten good results. Just tapping the wealth of knowledge I know is out there!

    Once you move along in the stages, you will miss the good old days of stage 1 workouts:). I just finished stage 4, workouts were 1h1/2. Just wait:)

    Yep. You spend the first week or so thinking "this is way too easy!" Then it catches up to you. I just finished stage 6 today and I have gotten amazing results. :smile:
