Hey thought I'd make thread to help people get some advice on specifics regarding their current/prospective weight lifting and exercise routines. Just post here outlining what any given week/month may look like for you fitness-wise. Tell us what kind of goals you hope to achieve while you use your routine, how long you've been doing it, and any personal thoughts,feelings, or details that you think we should know.

This is the routine I just put together for the rest of this month. It has me starting on the 15th because I'm recovering from an injury ATM. My focus is strength and size gains, which is why most of my compound exercises are in the 4-8 rep range. It's kinda of a spin off of the push/pull split with leg days in every other day, and an arm pump day in every week. I've always trained my abs daily and that's how I did it here again. I was using the push/pull split with great results, but lately my body has became too accustomed to the exercises and ended up hitting a bit of a plateau. Diet is in the 3000-4000 calorie range all macros in check with semi-clean eating habits. Also avoiding all forms of cardio until I finish my bulk March 1st. Thanks for any input

We would prefer people to post separate threads re their routines as it gets really confusing to give input to multiple people within the same thread. As we have so many active threads, it is easier for us to lock them when input is given by myself/SideSteel or one of the other knowledgeable lifting peeps that post here.
