I am still working out to P90X and Insanity. I am awaiting my sleep study test results. I am debating on starting another round of Insanity or wait until next month and start P90X3. Please feel free to post weekly or daily and share anything you like including any questions.     Tony Horton 10 minute trainers are still my main workouts. This week I am adding kettlebell training to my workout. My back legs and back are feeling great. Keep up the awesome job peeps!!!! :smile:

    I am still going at it with Power 90. I am maintaining my weight and still at 71 pounds lost. P90X is in my near future. I feel I am almost ready for it. I am going to go shopping this weekend for a pull up bar and dumbbells. Keep going at it everyone.
