Starting over again

I need help with figuring out activity level please.

!'m 41 and 5'3" and have a desk job which really is sitting almost all day. I walk about 3 times a week for 45 minutes at a moderate pace. I'm starting a new exercise routine of doing 30 minutes 3 times a week of body weight/small hand weight training and riding my exercise bike 2 times a week for 30 minutes.

Would this be light or moderate?

    I would say you have a moderate activity level. You are very active outside of your job.

    I would say moderate activity level. Great job starting some weight training. Continue to up your weights for better results!
