HELP PLEASE ~ Exercise

It does not look like anyone really messages here anymore but it is worth a shot. I just had my 2nd TKR in May of 2013 (so both the left and right have been replaced), I had a bicep relocation last winter (bicep is now attached to the Humerus instead of shoulder) and I have 8 screws & 2 pins in my neck. My exercising options are very limited. I just started Rebounding (so far - so good) and I love to swim. However, finances keep me from joining a center with a swimming pool. And now that winter is here (Ohio) walking outside is now a bit tougher. But, I REALLY need to get more exercise in each day. Anyone have any ideas? ALSO, if anyone needs any info on TKR, I would be happy to discuss my experiences.
